Henry R. Moncur is the pastor of the Eight Mile Rock Seventh-day Adventist Church. The church is located in the Hanna Hill, Eight Mile Rock. Eight Mile Rock is the largest community in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.
Moncur holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in Organizational Leadership from Andrews University Theological Seminary.
